These are the chords that sound right to me, from what I can hear. That's not to say they're the definitive version; not all the chords exactly match the orchestra, but they work well for the uke when you play along to the original. I suspect this tune would be better suited to a normal soprano uke rather than a banjolele (think of Joe Brown's performance of "I'll See You In My Dreams" at the tribute concert for George Harrison).
